My Pet’s Meadow1. About the app
The app creates a virtual companion using the photographs, name, species and breed you provide. You can adjust its appearance and interact with it in the meadow. Available features depend on your version of the app.
The companion is created using automated processing and artificial intelligence. It may differ from the photographs, contain inaccuracies and need manual adjustments. We do not promise an exact likeness, a particular processing time or indefinite storage. Your virtual companion is an artistic remembrance. The app does not provide medical or psychological services.
2. Your account
Use your own email address or a supported Apple or Google account to sign in. Keep your login details secure and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person or use their details without permission.
Some information may be stored only on your device, particularly in versions that support use without an account. Uninstalling the app, resetting your device or losing local data may affect access to that companion. Sync and recovery depend on the features available in your version.
3. Your photographs and content
Only upload material you are entitled to use. Do not include photographs of people or their personal information without the necessary permission. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or material that infringes someone else’s rights.
You retain your rights to your photographs. To fulfil your request, you allow us and the technical service providers involved to store, process and transform your selected material as needed to operate the app and prepare your virtual companion. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photographs to us.
Processing starts after the relevant action in the app. Details that are not visible in the photographs may be approximated. Review the result before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee that generated elements are unique or that exclusive intellectual property rights exist in them.
4. Subscriptions and payments
If your version offers a paid subscription, its duration, included features, total price per billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. The final price in your currency appears in the App Store purchase confirmation.
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and annual subscriptions annually. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel renewal in your App Store subscription settings before the next renewal date.
Deleting the app or your My Pet’s Meadow account does not itself cancel an App Store subscription. Where supported, restore previous purchases using the same Apple Account. Apple handles App Store refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Any trial or introductory offer will state its duration and subsequent price before you subscribe.
Purchases are not enabled in the current development version. Displayed plans do not themselves create a purchase. Payment provisions apply when real purchases become available.
5. Processing and notifications
Uploading photographs and preparing a companion require an internet connection. Processing time depends on the photographs, the work involved and service availability. If preparation is interrupted, the app may offer a retry or ask for different photographs.
Notification permission is requested when you choose to be notified that your companion is ready. You can change this permission in your device settings. Delivery also depends on system settings, the network and notification services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people’s data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Access may be restricted as necessary to address abuse. Your mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Your data and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Deleting a photograph from your device’s gallery does not delete copies previously sent for processing. Deleting one companion and deleting your entire account also have different effects.
Use the account tools available in your version or the published support contact to request deletion. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete server data. See the Privacy Policy for details about processing, retention and backups.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the app available, but maintenance, outages, feature changes or the discontinuation of individual services may occur. Where possible, significant changes will be communicated in advance. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or remove mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be published here with a new revision date. Significant changes will be communicated through available channels, and separate consent will be requested where required. Changes do not remove your rights relating to purchases already made.
